MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 can enchilada sauce 1 can taco sauce 1 sm. can diced green chilies 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 (10 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 dozen corn tortillas Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add enchilada sauce, taco sauce, green chilies and chicken soup. Put a layer of tortilla layers of meat and cheese until all are used. Bake in slow oven until hot and bubbly. |
