BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT COOKIES 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. of butterscotch morsels (Nestle's)
3 or 4 lg. tbsp. of peanut butter
1 jar or can of peanuts (med. to lg. jar)
1 can of crisp Chinese noodles

Heat morsels and peanut butter in double boiler until melted. Add peanuts and noodles, stirring all together until well mixed. You may want to break up noodles some as you stir.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper or a greased container. Makes 36 to 48 cookies but you can half the recipe if you desire to.
