TAMALE BITES 
2 c. crumbled cornbread
1 (10 oz.) mild enchiladas
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger

Combine bread, 1/2 cup sauce, salt and add beef; mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Place in pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes; drain. Heat tomato sauce (1 - 8 oz. can) and remaining enchilada sauce. Place cooked meat in fondue pot with sauce. Add 1/2 shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Keep warm over low. Serve with toothpicks. 90 appetizers.
