CAJUN CORN BREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. grated cheese
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes, well mashed
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked

Drain sausage. Mix all ingredients. Grease 9 x 12 inch rectangle glass generously. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares. Serve with Cajun red beans and rice.
