2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. flavoring
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
Add food coloring if desired

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and roll in little balls. Dip each ball into white granulated sugar and press in molds. Put on wax paper and let harden.
