HOT MULLED APPLE CIDER 
4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. ginger
48 cloves
8 pieces of stick cinnamon
1 c. orange juice
1 gal. apple cider
1 c. sugar
Juice from 3 lemons (6 tbsp.)

Wrap spices in cheesecloth and place in saucepan. Pour orange juice over spices. Bring to a boil. Cover and soak overnight. Remove spices. Bring orange juice, apple cider, sugar and lemon to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve warm.
