CARAMEL FUDGE 
1 beaten egg
2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 stick butter

Bring to a boil. Add the following, 1/2 cup sugar that has been melted in iron skillet. Boil, stirring constantly, until it forms a soft ball in cold water, then add 1 cup pecans, 1/3 cup peanuts (chopped). Beat until creamy; pour into greased and floured pan. When cool enough, cut into squares. Can be used as cake frosting also, by leaving off the nuts.
