SWEDISH PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Sift flour, measure; add salt and sugar and sift again. To beaten eggs, add milk and melted butter. Pour into the flour mixture and stir until combined. Bake on a hot griddle. Add 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan to keep it from sticking. Wait until bubbles start to form real good, then flip over.
