1 lg. avocado 3 plugs garlic 1/3 c. mayonnaise Salt and pepper Peel plugs of garlic. Mash juice out and rub all inside of bowl, leaving some garlic. Remove large pieces. Peel and cut avocado. Add to garlic; salt and pepper to taste and add mayonnaise. Chill and serve. | |
