OLIVER'S CRISP DROP COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. Quick oatmeal
2 c. corn flakes
2 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To shortening add the white and brown sugars; cream with milk. Add the beaten eggs and the vanilla.

Mix oatmeal, coconut, cornflakes and chopped nuts, separately and slowly add to shortening mixture. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Form into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
