QUICK PECAN PIE 
1 stick butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
6 tsp. vanilla
2 (8") unbaked pie shells
1 box light brown sugar
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. pecans, whole or broken

Melt butter and remove from heat. Mix flour with brown sugar. Add to butter and mix. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pie shells and pour in filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
