MYRA'S BAZAAR COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) box Hi-Ho crackers
1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
1 lb. candy dipping chocolate

Spread peanut butter on flat side of cracker. Top with second cracker being sure flat sides are on inside. Repeat this process with remaining crackers. Follow manufacturer's directions for melting chocolate.

With a large plastic cooking fork dip each peanut butter sandwich in chocolate. Place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Repeat process with remaining crackers being sure to coat entire sandwich. Cookies will be ready in about 15 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
