DOUBLE CRISPY CHICKEN 
7 c. Kellogg's Frosted Flakes, crushed
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. chicken
3 tbsp. melted butter

Measure flakes in shallow pan. Set aside.

In small bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed cereal. Place singled layer in greased pan. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not over or turn chicken while baking. Yield 6 servings.
