CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter

Boil chicken (unsalted) until tender. Pull from bones. Melt butter and stir in stuffing mix. Place layer of chicken in casserole dish, then layer of mix. Dilute mushroom soup with can of chicken broth. Pour over layers in casserole. Another layer of chicken, layer of mix, layer of soup, etc. Dilute chicken soup with can of broth and pour over all. Put thin layer of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If cover is used, remove last 5 minutes for browning.
