POPPY SEED SALAD WITH DRESSING 
4-5 broccoli, flowerets
6-8 mushrooms, fresh and sliced
1 med. green pepper, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. cauliflower, broken into bite size
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 med. cucumber, sliced

Prepare vegetables. Then mix dressing: 1 c. cider vinegar 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Pour over vegetables and toss lightly. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
