AMISH FRIENDSHIP BREAD 
Starter:

1 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar

Use a glass bowl and wooden spoon. Do not use metal. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Stir in the rest of the water, flour and sugar.

Day 1: Receive the mix.

Day 2: Stir.

Day 3: Stir.

Day 4: Stir.

Day 5: Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 cup milk.

Day 6: Stir.

Day 7: Stir.

Day 8: Do nothing.

Day 9: Do nothing.

Day 10: Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour and 1 cup milk.

Place 1 cup of the mix in each of 3 containers. Give to two friends and keep one for yourself.

To Make Bread: Add 1 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 3 eggs, 1 large box vanilla pudding, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix together well. Butter and sugar 2 loaf pans. Put the mix in the pans and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
