ZITI CASSEROLE 
8 oz. ziti
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. fine chopped onions
2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 3/4 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. red wine
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1 c. sour cream

Cook ziti as directed on package, reducing by 5 minutes. Saute beef and onions until beef is browned. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Add sauce, wine, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add ziti and mix. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
