BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. flour tortilla shells
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 sm. can refried beans
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. sour cream
1 jar brown gravy
1 can mild enchilada sauce
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Add taco seasoning and refried beans.

In a 9x13 pan cover bottom with flour tortilla shells, save half for top. Put hamburger mixture over shells. Layer sour cream over hamburger. Add 8 ounce Cheddar cheese. Put the rest of the flour shells on top.

Combine enchilada sauce and gravy, pour over top. Add another 8 ounce Cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees 50-60 minutes until brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and lettuce at the table (optional).
