1 (8 oz.) brunschweiger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cheese
1/2 c. ground pecans

Mix all ingredients together except pecans. Roll into balls and then in pecans. Serve on toothpicks. Make about 2 dozen.
