SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. bag spinach, washed and drained
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. bacon pieces or Bacos
1/4 c. Grey Poupon mustard
2 lemons (juice of)
1/2 c. honey

Mash eggs with fork. Mix bacon, mustard, juice and honey well. Add a little oil to thin if needed. Mix with egg. Pour over spinach pieces and toss well.
