CRISCO SALAD 
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
Graham crackers
Cool Whip

Beat sugar and Crisco until fluffy; add eggs and beat again. Add pineapple, do not drain, then add nuts and mix. Fix in 3 layers with graham crackers and top with Cool Whip. Chill. Make the day before serving.
