CASHEW COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. cashews
2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients with sour cream. Add nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

GOLDEN BUTTER FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Lightly brown butter and remove from heat. Add cream and vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Frost each cookie and top with cashew nut.
