CINNAMON ROLLS 
PART 1:
3/4 c. warm water
1 egg
1 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

PART 2:
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. raisins

PART 1: Add water, yeast, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg in food processor. Let stand 5 minutes. Add flour slowly and mix. Dust counter top with flour and roll out dough until 1/2 inch thick. Spread on melted butter.

PART 2: Mix sugar, cinnamon and raisins and spread over buttered dough. Roll dough and cut into 1-inch thick pieces. Place in 9-inch square pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
