1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and beat with hand beater until smooth. Mix with cole slaw and chill.
