NEVER FAIL CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. water
1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. flour
1 egg
1 pkg. quick rise yeast

Dissolve yeast in water. Add remaining ingredients. Knead 10 minutes or until smooth. In 9 x 13 inch pan, melt 5 tablespoon butter. Mix in 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup water.
