ANN'S FUDGESICLES 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, stir together sugar, gelatin, cocoa. With a wire whisk or rotary beater, beat in the milk. Cook mixture, stirring over low heat just until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour mixture into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, and freeze until firm but not hard - about 4 hours. Pour mixture into large bowl and beat with mixer until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups, add wooden sticks for handles and freeze until hard. Serves 8 to 10.
