PARTY VEAL STEAK 
2 lb. veal round steak, cut 1/2 inch thick
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/3 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. capers

Cut veal into 6 slices. Mix egg, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip veal in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Brown. Add other ingredients except sour cream and capers which are added after cooking veal slowly for 45 minutes.
