BAKED RICE 
1 c. uncooked white rice
1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken, celery, etc.)
1 can water
Sliced mushrooms; optional
3-4 tbsp. diced onion
3-4 tbsp. melted butter

Melt butter in a 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole. Swish butter to cover sides of dish. Combine remaining ingredients in casserole dish and bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. Stir once or twice during baking. Serves 4-6.
