CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery (or jicama)
1 c. seedless red grapes
1 chopped avocado
1/3 c. thinly sliced onion rings
1/2 c. poppy seed dressing
1/4 c. plain yogurt
6 c. torn lettuce
1/2 c. toasted, sliced almonds

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing and yogurt well. Pour over chicken and mix lightly. Chill to blend flavors. Serve over lettuce and sprinkle with almonds. Serves 6.
