1 box yellow cake mix

Make 3 layers. Cool.

FILLING:

1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tbsp. flour (enough to thicken it)
A drop of yellow food color
1 c. Angel Flake coconut

Mix pineapple, sugar, butter, flour. Cook and stir until it thickens. Remove from heat. Add coconut, flavoring and food color. Put on the cooled cake layers.
