LEFSE 
2 c. white flour
3 tbsp. melted fat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. graham flour
3 tbsp. cream
1 1/4 c. water (approx.)

Mix together the flours and salt. Add fat and cream. Mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add water to make stiff dough. Take small portions, walnut size or so, roll very thin with a grooved rolling pin. Bake on a medium hot griddle until brown spots appear. Turn over, bake until done. These are very crisp. Before using, dip in a pan of hot water and place between 2 towels to soften. Butter, sugar and enjoy.
