JOANNE'S NOEL PUNCH 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. hot water
6 c. cold water
1/2 c. lime juice
1 (12 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate
4 drops green food coloring
1 (12 oz.) can frozen grapefruit concentrate
4 c. pineapple juice
1 to 2 pt. pineapple or lime sherbet
70 oz. Sprite

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Stir in cold water, lime juice, limeade concentrate, grapefruit concentrate and pineapple juice. Chill.

To serve, pour into bowl and add Sprite. Top with sherbet. Makes 48 (4 oz.) servings.

NOTE: All ingredients except for Sprite and sherbet can be made ahead of time, put into containers and refrigerated. Has a little "punch" to it, you don't need to spike it!
