STRATTA 
14 slices white bread
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese
2 lb. bacon (ham or sausage)
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk

Grease 9x13 pan well. Cut bread into cubes and put in pan. Cover with cheese. Place meat on top of cheese. Beat eggs; add 3 cups milk with salt and pepper.

Pour egg-milk mixture over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. In morning add mushroom soup mixed with 3/4 cup milk. Bake for 1 hour or until firm at 350 degrees.
