BOUSHALLA--PERSIAN SOUP 
3 bunches celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2-3 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 1/2 gallon buttermilk
salt and pepper to taste
1 (2 lb.) carton plain yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
4-5 banana wax or pepperoncini peppers

Note: This extremely popular recipe takes some time to prepare, but is worth it. The recipe features oversized, infused croutons and a full-flavored fusion dressing with strong balsamic signatures and herbs de Provence.
