RICE KRISPIE BARS 
1/4 c. butter
6 to 10 oz. marshmallows (about 40) or 4 c. miniature marshmallows or 2 c. marshmallow creme
5 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal

Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan. Add marshmallows and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is syrupy. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated. Press warm mixture evenly and pat firmly into 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool. 24 squares, 2 x 2 inch.
