BROCCOLI WITH SAUCE 
2/3 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
4 teaspoon lemon juice
dash pepper
12 large stuffed green olives, sliced
2 large heads of fresh broccoli, broken into flowerettes, steamed until tender crisp

Sauté garlic in butter, add lemon juice, pepper and sliced olives. Arrange cooked broccoli in shallow casserole dish; pour butter/olive sauce over broccoli. Heat in low oven (250-300°F) for 1/2 hour, or heat in microwave until hot. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
