PORK ROLL WITH SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. dry crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix above. Place 4 strips of bacon on a piece of waxed paper 12 x 15 inches close together. Spread above mixture over bacon to form a rectangle.

Mix 1 pound can of drained sauerkraut with 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed. Spread over meat mixture and roll like a jelly roll. Fasten bacon with toothpicks. Place in a bread pan or glass cake pan 6 x 10 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
