FRESH STRAWBERRY LAYER CAKE 
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 box yellow cake mix

Mix oil and eggs well in large bowl of electric mixer. Add Jello and strawberries and mix. Reduce speed and add cake mix. Beat 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.

Pour batter into 3 well greased and floured 8 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 or 4 tbsp. cream
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped fresh strawberries
1/4 c. coconut

More or less cream to spread over cake.
