MEXICAN LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
1 pkg. Lasagna noodles
1 large jar salsa
1 large pkg. shredded Mexican cheese
sour cream for garnish

Cook lasagna noodles. Cook ground beef until brown, Drain well. Add taco seasoning with a little water and mix well. In 13 x 9 baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, meat, salsa, and cheese. Repeat ending with cheese.

Bake at 350°F until melted through.
