PECAN CHICKEN | |
4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed 1 c. fat free salad dressing (creamy type: creamy Italian, ranch, honey mustard, etc.) 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 tbsp. butter Place chicken in shallow dish. Cover with the dressing. Marinate for a couple of hours. Mix bread crumbs and pecans. Dip chicken breast in bread crumb mix. Cook in skillet in butter until chicken is done. (5 to 6 minutes each side.) |
