ALASKA NUGGET 
1 1/2 c. fresh salmon or canned
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. minced celery
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, 1/2 inch cubes

Remove all bones and skin from salmon and mix well with mashed potatoes. Cook celery and onions in butter until tender, then mix with salmon. Add seasoning and shape mixture into little balls, the size of walnuts. Push a cube of cheese into center of ball. Then re-shape the ball. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in enough fat to cover at 375 degrees.
