NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in shortening. Blend well. Add vinegar to water. Pour into flour mixture. Stir to blend. Rolls out very easily.
