ORANGE CRUNCH CAKE 
CRUNCH LAYER:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted

CAKE:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs

FROSTING:

1 can vanilla Frosting Supreme
1 c. Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (9 x 8 inch) or 1 (9 x 13 inch) loaf pan. Combine crunch layer until crumbly. Press into pans. Blend cake ingredients on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on highest speed. Pour batter over crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cool completely.

In a small beat frosting until fluffy and add Cool Whip, beat until fluffy. Place layers crunch side up; frost. OR: Ice loaf cake right in pan. (Crunch layer will be on bottom when served.) Can be garnished with mandarin orange slices.
