CHOCOLATE "FUDGE" SAUCE 
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
4 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir over medium heat until mixture boils (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer. Makes approximately 1 cup. Makes 8 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).
