POOR MAN'S STEAK 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Mix all ingredients together, press on cookie sheet until 1/4 inch thick. Chill several hours. Cut into 4 inch squares, roll in flour and fry until brown on both sides. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with cream of mushroom soup diluted with water. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
