MICROWAVE BEEF GOULASH 
1 lb. lean ground beef
Onions & celery, optional
3 c. med. egg noodles, uncooked
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Microwave ground beef in a 2 1/2 quart casserole, covered with paper towel for about 5 minutes, or until cooked. Stir twice to break up meat. Drain off excess fat. Sprinkle uncooked noodles over meat.

Combine water, tomato sauce and soup mix. Pour over noodles. Do not stir. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes. Stir. Cook 5 minutes more or until noodles are tender. 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
