DATE PUDDING 
1 lb. pitted dates, cut in 4 pieces each
1/2 lb. marshmallows, cut in 4 pieces each
1/2 lb. graham crackers, finely crushed, reserve 1/2 c.
1/2 c. walnut meats
Milk to moisten

Combine all ingredients except milk and 1/2 cup reserved crushed graham crackers. You probably will have to mix this with your hands. Mix together using just enough milk to bind. Form into loaf with your hands. Roll in reserved graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight. When firm, slice and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip.
