EASY SPINACH BAKE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing
3 tbsp. melted butter

Cook spinach, drain thoroughly. Combine spinach, egg, cheese and soup in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Toss stuffing on spinach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4-5 servings.
