6 WEEK MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
2 c. sugar
5 c. flour (may use whole wheat flour)
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

1 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix well, store in covered container in refrigerator, use as you need. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 400 degrees 18 to 20 minutes. (Do Not store batter in freezer!)
