LARRY'S BARBECUE TURKEY 
1 whole turkey (size up to you)
2-3 lemons
1 orange
1/2 c. olive oil
1 stick butter
Garlic powder to taste
1 tbsp. oregano, crushed
1 tbsp. basil, crushed
1/4 c. lemon juice, bottled

Cut lemons and orange, rub all over the turkey, then place inside bird. To prepare the basting sauce, melt butter in saucepan. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Use sauce to baste the bird every 30 minutes.

Use a Webber kettle barbecue. Place coals in a circle around a square foil pan. Coals should be hot, place grill on top. Then center the turkey with the square foil pan right under it to catch the drippings. Put lid on the kettle and barbecue the turkey slowly until done. Time varies on the size of the turkey. Make sure to have enough coals to last for up to at least 4 to 6 hours. Baste often.
